The Caribbean Emergency Care Conference is dedicated to improving the knowledge and skills of Caribbean emergency care providers. The Conference is an annual week-long course in Willemstad, Curaçao. When the course was started in 2008, its name was the Intensive Step-Up Course. As the mission of the course has grown to help train providers from across the Caribbean, its name was changed to reflect this expanded mission.
